THERAPUETIC ONE HOUR REFLEXOLOGY HANDS OR FEET

Working together we assess your health and wellness. You are positioned and reclined in a comfortable chair. I work your feet or hands using specific therapeutic thumb and finger techniques. These reflexology techniques cover all the body systems. We communicate about what I feel in your feet or hands and what you may feel in your feet, hands or body. At the end of the session you will feel de-stressed and relaxed.

REFLEXLOGY AND EPSOM SALT FOOT BATH

After your one hour therapeutic reflexology session add a warm epsom salt foot bath to promote detoxification and relaxation.

REFLEXOLOGY WITH AROMOTHERAPY
Along with the one hour therapeutic treatment choose from certified organic essential oils to add to your session. Essential oils can be used either topically, through a diffuser or both. Stimulate your senses and relax your nervous system.

ULTIMATE REFLEXOLOGY
The ultimate in relaxation, a one hour therapeutic reflexology session, aromatherapy, warm epsom salt foot bath and pumice scrub. You will feel as you are "walking on pillows".
